I bought an engagement ring from Crocketts as I live close to the shop. Stephen and Jordan were incredibly helpful in explaining what they could offer. When you go to Crocketts, you don’t feel you’re going to get ripped off as both are so genuine. I’ll be returning for my wedding bands at some point, 100% recommend to anyone who needs a jewellers!

This is my local jewellery shop and the owner Steve I have known for years. Nothing is too much trouble for their customers. They take their time with you and are not pushy. Beautiful array of jewellery and gifts and, if you don't see precisely what you want then please don't hesitate to tell them as they will do their utmost to order it for you. Very friendly, helpful and professional service

Been to Crocketts a number of times for watch batteries, links taken out etc and they have been helpful, quick and very well priced. Can’t fault them, my go to place now.

I visited Crocketts jewellers today to purchase a gold chain for a family pendant. Jordan welcomed us in and spent a long time talking to us about the pendant we had brought in and the story behind it and took real interest in it. Very covid safe aswell.

I took my parents clock which they had for a wedding present 64 year ago it serviced the staff so friendly and helpful i also brought myself some earrings lovely selection will definitely shop there again

Excellent customer service,very helpful and knowledgeable, so lucky to have such a great shop in Benfleet.  Highly recommend, a real pleasure  to shop here.
