As a nervous Mother of the bride Annette was absolutely wonderful her choice of outfit suitable for me was superb. She made me feel more confident and elegant. My daughter and husband were delighted. The service, staff and professionalism from Coco is superb and I would be so happy to go there again. Thank you so much.
Being a plus size mother of the groom I was not looking forward to dress hunting! How wrong was I the staff are amazing knew what I would look great in before I did so friendly and professional and more importantly fantastic knowledge. I purchased a dress and fascinator thank you so much for making me feel a million dollars
Didn't even know there were shops specifically for mother of the brides! Fabulous idea! My mum is tricky to buy for and the staff in the shop were really good at helping my sister and I to gently push her out of her comfort zone and get her to try on a variety! We eventually had great success and walked away with a dress, hat, shoes and bag! Not cheap at over £1,000 but she really looked amazing and hats off to the staff for working hard to make it work!
We went to the shop looking for a mother of the groom outfit. Annette and Shelley were very helpful. They were very patient and they made sure that one was comfortable and happy with the outfit. They offered their expertise and guidance. We were so pleased with their help and we bought the perfect outfit. The shop has amazing outfits from different designers. Their accessories are so beautiful. Great service and they even made coffee for my husband. I highly recommend this shop.
Fabulous selection of beautiful outfits. I found my perfect dress and matching hat after trying on 5 outfits. Ladies were lovely, extremely helpful. Can't recommend this boutique enough!
Looking for a mother of the groom outfit so visited as Coco's is local to me. Thought at first the shop was closed as the door was locked but there isn't a sign stating opening times. Then I saw a lady behind the counter which is only just visible from outside at the same time I saw a bell which I rang & the assistant came & let me in They were very helpful suggesting different dresses I may like as I did have some idea of what I want. Tried a couple on but didn't buy anything. Will be going back next week as they are getting more stock in Besides dresses they also stock lots of accessories so you could buy a whole outfit here. UPDATE Went back following week tried on lots some I was surprised at how nice they looked on but I bought the first one my daughter in law picked out the moment we entered the room. You can try on matching hats & footwear. Bought my hat here also service is fantastic.
My Mum bought her outfit for both my Sister's and Brother's wedding from Coco's many years ago so this was always our first choice of place to return for my wedding. I can't stress how disappointed I am with the way we were approached at the door on a Tuesday afternoon . We had driven all the way from Ongar and was really looking forward to browsing around the shop and purchasing an outfit for my Mum and Mother in law. The door was locked so we rung the bell, the lady approached with a face like thunder and told us we couldn't come in as there was too many people in the store. We counted 3 people through the window if that. I said we had come from Ongar and could we not just browse and she said no, can you come back in an hour. Absolutely disgusted and really upset especially as there are no current covid restrictions in place, so we never thought for one minute we would have to book an appointment. We just proceeded to go to Shellys in Billericay who greeted us how you would expect to greeted for such a special occasion. So very disappointed!
We travelled over an hour to shop at coco. The ladies were so patient and helpful to my mum. The choices and variety are beautiful. She ended up finding her perfect outfit :- thank you
Bought an amazing dress for my son's wedding and the staff were so helpful.
Lovely outfits and can't fault the helpfulness of the staff but they have a no refunds policy. I have never been to a shop where you can't return the purchase. My son was crying so I decided to buy the outfit and then try it on at home where I could take my time . I wasn't sure it suited me so decided to return it only to find that I couldn't. Apparently there are notices behind the counter but I didn't see them when paying. An expensive lesson to learn.
