Was an amazing day. Tossing Caber, Highland Dancing, Racing in foot and bikes, Steel Band from Trinidad and Tobago. Wonderful day in the sun!
Fabulous day out until the end when the Rock Band completely drowned out a world famous travelling Trinidad and Tobago steel band which we'd waited all day to see.
Lovely day out but disco stage blared loud music throughout performances by calypso band and sports activities. Could not hear announcers.
First experience of an event of this kind. There were several things happening at all times. Child events were valued equally to adult events, and some of the events were a mixture of adult and child competitors. The main spectacle for me was where several kilted, burley men throw a 56lbs weight over a 15'6" high bar! That had to be seen to be believed!! Loved my day out and would go again should the opportunity arise. Recommended

No baby changing facilities is ridiculous for how much you spend to get in.

Just returned from a great weekend in Crieff were we spent the full day at the fantastic Crieff Gathering, so many sporting events to follow,highland dancing, pipers, pipe bands and three great bands at the music stage. We were a group of six and are already making arrangements to return 2023 with some more of our friends, also the Station Bar is the friendliest Pub in Scotland.
Great day out! Seeing the Scottish Heavyweight championships and the Mexican Military band were the highlights for me. Weather was great for it today!
We are visiting from Australia and went to the Crieff Highland Gathering today, we sat on the hill for 3 and a half hours, the only thing of interest was the pipe bands and the caber toss. Primary school kids running in a relay race is not what I expected the Highland games to be. The day was very disappointing.
