A good place to park if you are visiting Caerphilly castle. The walk through the park affords great views of the castle and it's impressive size. The walk is not difficult but does include a slight climb.
Can't argue with the fact it was free till September.nBut it was showing £3.70 for the day which I thought very reasonable!nDirectly across the road you can see the castle!nI've added the map on show to help show where you end up in comparison to the shops. But it's a small town so it's not too far to walk anywhere!nSafe journey!
A great piece of history with plenty to see. Nearby free parking is a bonus as is the inclusion of toilets in the castle grounds. Tickets to enter the castle grounds can be purchased from the Cadw website.
Large open air car park, not expensive for long stay. Very close to the castle and the town centre.
It’s very close to the castle and is free till September 2022. Ample parking spaces. It has short stay as well as long stay options.
