This place is lovely, though I'm not sure how accessible it is via public transport. It's beautiful, toilets are available which are heated and nice restbite. There's at least one big pond with features and other decorations about. I'm pretty sure my grandads funeral had an independent humanist I'm not sure, but he did mention religion a few times for a humanist. The grounds are maintained extremely well and the venue is very professional. I like it a lot

We had my mams service here 2 years ago. As it was covid times only so many allowed at a service. Beautiful grounds,it's the first time I have been here and I was impressed. Professional like it should be.

I recently attended my cousins funeral and my family and I could not have asked for a better send off. The crematorium and grounds are so beautiful and peaceful, the staff are also helpful and accommodating and were lovely to deal with when setting up our visual tribute, nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend this crematorium.

Everything on the day went smoothly and even though I can't remember much everyone said how lovely it was. Having recently contacted them to organise a plaque for Mam they couldn't have been more helpful. Jill showed us exactly where Mam was and showed us where the plaque would go. Nothing too much trouble.

If you expect a caring, compassionate service at such a sad time, do not use Kirkleatham Crematorium. My uncles funeral took place without a single member of his family being present, due to their staff, particularly the Assistant Manager. Family members attended the funeral hoping to pay respects to their brother. They were greeted by rude, hard faced staff, and were dealt with in the most inhumane way, despite it being such an emotional time for them. Teach your staff some manners and respect, as their treatment of the public is inexcusable. One star is way more than you deserve. Use a different company!

Members of staff, esp assistant manager, need to learn how to deal with customers and members of the public as if they are actual human beings. Never seen such a display of un-professionalism. Shame theres no zero star option.

Held a few family members funerals here. Always been a lovely service. Never rushed to be in and out. The grounds are beautiful x
