Do not leave your pets here - we left them here and they came back covered in their own waste - and then tried to charge my dad more than they originally quoted me when i dropped them off - should be closed down in my opinion

I advise anyone who is thinking of using these kennels to visit beforehand as the photos on their website are quite misleading.  Sadly, I booked my dog into this establishment on the recommendation of what I believed to be a well-trusted source and did not visit myself.  I will never make that mistake again.

I would never use this cattery again and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. When I dropped my cat off, I didn't see any other pets there which left me apprenhensive about leaving her there. The place was also quite dirty and smelly which again made me apprehensive about leaving her there. And when I went to pick her up, the outside door was left open meaning she could have ran outside when her cage was opened. After this, I went in to go and get her out, and whistled at her which she usually responds to by immediately jumping up and showing excitement at seeing me. However, she was sat with her head down, sullen looking and showing no excitement at my presence, which I knew was not like my cat at all because she is usually very calm but playful, yet after picking her up from this cattery she was acting very nervous. And when I got home with her, she did nothing but meow for a solid hour or two, which again is not like my cat.
