This is the worst Creams I’ve been to. Look at the state of that cookie dough. The plate wasn’t even full with cookie dough. It was filled with nuts. Also, it did not come with a wafer which it said on the menu. Ice creams were served in plastic cups.

So this is the 2nd time I've been to creams. Unfortunately my experience in the hounslow branch wasn't anywhere near the standard of the Camberley branch. My sundae didn't look like the picture, chocolate cake wasn't very warm and the chocolate shavings were missing. When leaving I tried to approach Alliou who completely ignored me, her level of service towards me seemed very different compared to another customer that had came in after me where she seemed so jolly with them. There was other issues but I haven't got all day to point these out. I guess my face didn't fit. I've uploaded 2 photos to show what the the menu looked like compared to what I received.

This shop could do with extra staff! I was waiting for mins and after getting the attention of one if the already busy staff and ashes to be served was promptly told, 'yes, can't you see we're busy?' A lot of online orders were coming in, the queue if bike riders was longer than actual customers! But if course, not a lot 9f skill in loved here... Doesn't take much to scoop ice cream out if a tub and place it in a cup! Good waffles and crepes though. I'm already a long term customer.

I really enjoyed having waffles and milkshakes at creams Hounslow huh street and also they provide quality customer services including their managers and other staff members. They are very polite and helpful. Sometimes i have coffee at creams Hounslow that makes my day appreciated. Heads up to their staff members with well presented quality customer service

Terrible service. There were three servers all of who were extremely  rude at 9.00 pm on 9/11/22 they spoke in another language and one of them was even eating ice cream on the till.They had forgotten about our waffle until my friend reminded them and it was not even busy.They were talking in punjabi and making fun of a customer, which is very unacceptable. Our waffle came in raw and we were very unhappy since we paid 7.95 for it. I had a very good impression for creams and was a regular customer until that happened. I doubt I will go back again

Terrible service and overpriced desserts. Just wanted to share a nice waffle with my friend as they have always made them well but with this this rude and lazy staff who are talking to each other, laughing and eating ice cream on the till while we are waiting for our own order which turned out to be forgotten in the end. They were also talking super loudly in their language. I wouldn’t recommend Hounslow Creams to anyone.

I have been  in a lot of Creams around uk. But this one is the best so far.  The girls that work there are so helpful and very kind. Especially Alliou was very friendly to us and she was really willing to serve us. The food was delicious . I’ll be visiting again when I will be back to London.  Thanks for making our day xx

My experience was like beyond expectations. Your all staff is so good and friendly I can’t explain. Specially Avantika, she was so active on her work and treated  us so good. I love your chocolates and waffles made by Avantika .  Thankyou

Plenty of dessert options. Good ambience. Kids friendly.

Looks good but... That's all...  Paid almost £30 for 2 undercooked waffles and 2 milkshakes, with an horrible customer service.  Milkshake was ok tho, but waffle was not nice at all, maybe has something to do with advertising M&M's and getting unbranded ones instead... Why would you say you serve M&M's when is not true!?  Apart of this customer service was horrible, lady was really abrupt. She picked up a phone call while we were ordering by the till, so rude... She could learn a bit of how to speak with customers...  We wouldn't recommend, and definitely we won't come back!
