Staff was very rude they were laughing right at me as I sat to eat my dessert. Felt very awkward. I had to get up from my seat so that they could not see me. Racism? I don't know. There are different ethnicities working there. On this occasion it was just an all white staff. However it makes you ask those questions. Imagine if they did this to a customer suffering from depression or something else. Very, very upset by this experience!

My girlfriend and I decided to finish our trip to Crawley off with a treat! Originally from Tunbridge Wells ourselves (and massive fans of the Creams Cafe there) we decided to Pop into the Crawley branch. Needless to say... we were completely underwhelmed! Where the staff in our local Creams were ready to greet us upon arrival; here we stood unsure on where to go next?! The staff were also rather blunt and at times even rude! All I can say... Is I'm glad this isn't my local Creams, as I shan't be visiting again!

Disappointing today, over the last 12 months we have been a dozen or so times, food is always good but the service can be awful. Today they failed to get the order right... two missing teas. Then two waffles were served with 'piping hot custard'... one arrived with cold custard and the other without any at all. Unfortunately the manager didn't seem that bothered... UPDATE... have been twice since and things are a lot better!!!

Something different for that special occasion. They have a wide menu of creamy treats with waffles covered in what ever takes your fancy. Probably not the most healthy meal venue, but as a treat, why not.

Deserts are lovely well presented clean tidy plays staff and not really friendly bit moody and grumpy the places design and layout looks quite nice and American.
