He has a deep knowledge and passion for a plethora of instruments. 
He is able to impart this knowledge freely.
He has a well stocked shop of quality instruments  and accessories, and a friendly manner.

Great shop with really clued up staff. Owner knows his stuff and doesn't BS you - won't try to sell you something unsuitable just to make more money. Tom and Danny do great electrical work and set ups too. Of the shops in the Mansfield area, this is hands down the best place for beginners or veterans alike. Great range of guitars, amps, pedals, pickups and consumables. You won't be let down by the service here.

Great place and great service. Can't fault it.

There's lots of top quality guitars and other various products on sale. Anything that they don't sell can be ordered in no time. Chris is always more than willing to offer friendly advice when I have instrument-related issues.

All in all, it is a top notch shop with the best service anyone could ask for.
