Having been let down at the last minute on a time-sensitive commercial AV installation for one of my own clients, I happened upon Jack at JL Audio Visual. Jack and his team did everything to accommodate a large job at very short notice, carrying out the install and procuring all the equipment required. Within a week of introduction to JL, Jack had personally attended to carry out the work, with a team who were clearly used to working together, all being happy, thorough, fast and knowledgeable in their fields. They were thrown curve balls but dealt with these without complaint or additional charges. My client was delighted, I was delighted, and as long as Jack and his team are available, he will be my first choice from now on. Thank you all.

I had a problem after having Sky Q installed yesterday being able to locate and watch Terrestrial TV stations. Need the access to the stations in the event Sky wasn't working. I called JL Audio Visual today who I've used for many years. Daniel the engineer arrived today amazing same day . Such a nice guy, helpful, nothing too much and whoosh all sorted. Can't thank everyone involved enough, brilliant company and would highly recommend them.

A big shout out to JL Audio Visual! If you’re looking to modernise your living room, then look no further! We can’t begin to say how happy we are with the way ours has turned out – it looks amazing! We did get multiple quotes from other installers, but although Jack isn’t the cheapest, he’s the very best and that’s why we went with him. Jack was super helpful and professional - He told us all the best ways of doing things and kept damage to a minimum, so our plastering costs were lower! Even when a wire was not working, he came back promptly to fix it! The attention to detail and way things were done was amazing. Let’s just say if something wasn’t right then, Jack wasn’t happy – he’s a perfectionist! - lots of precision even to the point where he mapped the exact circle of the ceiling speakers! He handled all our products with care even treating our living room with respect and taking shoes off!! It’s the little things that count :D Overall, very friendly and a fantastic job - we would 100% recommend if anyone else wants to get a cinema room fitted in!! We are now looking to do our office because we thought he was so good!
Best in the business! The service from the office to the lads coming around to fit the tv is smooth and reassuring. The lads come on time and called 30 mins before arriving,Very polite explained everything before they started took time to show me where the tv will be eye level. cleaned up after them selfs. cant fault them in anyway. Will be calling them out again soon for somemore work. Thank you once again
Jack was polite, friendly and professional from start to finish. Nothing was too much for him. I am so happy my audio has finally been fixed now, as the sound kept dropping out previously and was very frustrating. He also fixed all my IR sensors so I can control my multi room set up with ease now. You can tell Jack takes great pride in his work and enjoys what he does. Price was very fair too and worth every penny to have full functionality back. I have now found my tech guy for life. Keep up the amazing work Jack and team

Highly recommend J L Audio. Jack and Sam are incredibly polite, neat and tidy and the work was delivered to a very high standard. They will find the best solution that has the least impact on your building. We had a new TV aerial installed on our roof with aerial connections into several rooms upstairs, downstairs, front and back. We also had ethernet extended upstairs and a TV mounted on a wall. The TV was particularly challenging due to our built in wardrobes on either side, but they worked their magic, dropping cables down the chimney from the attic to ensure all the cables were hidden.
