My experience was frustrating.  Having taken a 50% deposit for a large piece of furniture and holding this for 3.5 months to be then told that we can't get a start date for the project after moving the date 3 times.  No explanation, rubbish!  Avoid if you don't want to be messed about or don't want to have to chase for an update.  We found out 1 week from installation that it wasn't even started.  We did have our money returned however so one star versus zero.  Beware!!

I had a desk commissioned for music production, the quality was better than i could have expected and it was delivered and fitted and on time.
