Good, quiet location despite being next to a road! Good was good, kids portions were good value but the adult mains were a bit more on the expensive side. Bar well stocked, and staff friendly and helpful
Really lovely set up, right on the waterfront. Some great choices of drinks and food too. The deli counter was a lovely addition too. We came twice, once for breakfast and later for an late lunch. Can’t fault either visits.
Fantastic location sitting outside beside the estuary. Lovely staff and very nice atmosphere. Well worth a visit! Will be back to sample the menu!
Had lunch at the Crabshell, there are vegetarian options. Pizza was very tasty and sweet potato salad was lovely. Great service, nice and warm with a fire. Watching the tide rise very therapeutic. We will return
A really great place to pop in for some food if you're in the area an amazing venue by the river with lots of space inside and out a great selection of food something for everyone. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating we had a large group and they were absolutely amazing.
Stopped in quite late for a meal. Good service, nice place was surprised to see a few items on a par price wise with Courchevel!! Overall very nice and I will go again!Service: 5/5

I had the muscles and they were amazing I also got the fresh lemonade. Which was definitely the best lemonade I have ever had. Overall a great experience.
A Great find on a countryside drive 4/5 could have been a 5 if staff were trained. We stopped by as the previous pub was closed which was great for us as we enjoyed a stunning venue in the heart of the country side. With ample parking as you enter along a nice stretch of the river, with an open outside seated area and different internal dining areas. On entering we chose a table next to the fire and ordered food at the far side of the venue and drinks at the bar, strange setup but they opened a tab so we didn't need to pay on 2 different occasions. We ordered the fish pie and crab croquettes. The croquettes were crispy and tasty with a lovely seafood sauce. The fish pie was absolutely amazing and had chunks of crab, fish and whole prawns that were delicate and soft. The fish pie was a little watery and needed a thicker stock to bind the ingredients together but I'm not complaining as it served well with the mashed potato covered with cheese. Staff were complacent and felt like they were part of the furniture. Some were friendly others were ok. Disappointing! Having eaten a superb meal here last year, we bought the family this year. Bouillabaisse was overcooked, and the scampi likewise. We won't be back!Service: 4/5
