Edgy “meme” museum with a high-profile social media presence which is by their own admission less about crabs and more about socialist-leaning politics Make of that what you will! The weekend I went, there was a “collaboration” with the Vagina Museum of Bethnal Green , which although interesting, unfortunately meant that 50% of the museum was not crab-related. I’d say that the museum will be smaller than you think, so definitely don’t count on the 1-2 hours that Tripadvisor recommends a corridor, a flight of stairs, a loo and one larger room with a gift shop and one smaller room.
Nice and quirky very modern tiny museum. The entry is free. You can learn a lot about crabs and the environment but there are some other weirdly political themes in the muesum as well which do not really fit there in my opinion. All in all we had a pleasant visit. It was possible too to get to see crab parts under the microscope. Very interesting.
Funny and interesting little museum about crabs and other crustaceans. A separate room dives more into political sides of things. Obviously, most 1-star review's authors on here can't cope with differing opinions or generally accepted facts. I guess their issues lie within the topics of climate change, colonialism, capitalism and whether the earth is flat or older than a couple of thousand years.nnDon't take the negative reviews too seriously, if you have half a brain and/or an education.nnWould visit again!

Very silly museum, probably the most silly little museum I’ve ever been to. Free, nice quick place to visit, amazing merch. We stood laughing at the postcards for a good five minutes. But also we did learn a bit about crabs! Hard recommend.
