Very quick and replying to my email. The lady was really nice on the phone. Unfortunately, the quote they gave me was twice that of the renewal quote the company had sent me.
Brilliant service provided from Coversure from start to finish. Was professionally dealt with by Mike Scanlan, he was very professional and took time to understand our situation. He kept us well informed throughout the process and found us an incredibly competitive house insurance quote, far surpassing the one found from a comparison site previously. Highly recommend the services of Coversure, who are an experienced, reliable company. Will undoubtedly be back next year when renewal time is up. Thanks.
Dave from Coversure has recently found me a far better policy than i had previously. The premium was less and the cover was better. I called the Coversure with only one day left on my policy and although i wouldn't recommend doing it at the last minute, Dave went above and beyond to get as many quotes in as possible. Dave came to my workplace to carry out an assessment and came again with the available quotes. They are a pleasure to deal with and offer a very high standard of service, I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
Update: Jan 2021 Not only do I have complete confidence, knowing that we have the right insurance in place should we need it. I needed it last week and couldn’t be more pleased with the support and service from Dave and his team. Within 22 hrs of making a claim, the claim was approved and the payment to bank instructed. I would just like to say how pleased I was with the experience of insuring through coversure Bedale..it was seamless from start to finish..particular thanks goes to Jenny for sorting everything out for me shes absolutely brilliant! We needed annual travel insurance having been let down by an existing insurer during the cooling off period following renewal so time was of the essence. We were recommended to Jenny by some friends and she proved to be very helpful and prompt in contacting us and was able to find the right policy and reasonable premium. She undertook contact with the insurer regarding our health conditions and as such got the policy that we needed within the timescale. I would definitely recommend Jenny and the team.
I decided to give a local company, Coversure Insurance Services in Bedale, the opportunity to quote for insuring a block of flats in Sunderland where our family own a fifth floor apartment. We had previously dealt with a ‘faceless’ company down south so it was great to be able to pop into the office and discuss our needs direct with the owners themselves, who appeared highly experienced and knowledgeable from the onset. The level of service I received was second to none and it was even better when the quote provided by Coversure Insurance Services bettered our renewal by a significant amount and the terms of the new policy far exceeded anything on the previous policy. It was an absolute no-brainer for our company to change insurance providers and move to the experienced team in Bedale. The directors of our company which runs the apartment block, are far happier dealing with local people whom I have known for many years and who have built up a great relationship with domestic and commercial businesses in our region. In addition to the favourable quote, we received a lot of advice relating to our apartment block that we were p0reviously unaware of and for that, we are extremely grateful.
