My wife came in for a checkup last week and there were maggots. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. How in God's green earth is this practise still open ?? Will be registering to a different practise. I'll also be submitting this to the local council as this practise shouldn't be allowed to operate. Utterly disgusting.
love the service provided. reception was very welcoming and the nurse was very lovely and comforting. The dentist i had was very patient and was understanding. He was very nice and friendly. They did my filling very quickly and relieved my tooth pain. i would highly recommend to friends and family.
Convinced they don't answer the phone on purpose, I've driven 30 mins to the surgery whilst still on hold on my call and I've got there and the calls been on hold and not a single patient was sat there waiting. An urgent referral was allegedly done for me 3 weeks ago but still hasn't been received at the dental hospital, been trying to get back in touch to chase this up but no help. Was told last week I'd get a call within approx 30 mins and I'm still waiting. Poor service!
i’ve been coming to the practice for several years and was incredibly impressed by the way patients problems are a priority, called into the practice today regarding my crown and was on hold for 20 mins but extremely lovely receptionist who had recently just started answered and got straight to helping me and was extremely polite and helpful. The line got cut off and i was gutted that i’d have to call back and wait for longer but in no more than 10 minutes I received a call back from the receptionist and she carried on advising me on what to do and how to proceed with it. Got me booked in for as soon as possible this Friday and helped as much as she could. Honestly very happy with her service! One of the other older girls was helping as well and i was touched by how well the two girls worked together and got my issue sorted out! Lovely to speak to them today
whenever you’re at the dentist it’s always empty. The receptionist be doing their own thing - I’m so confused how they take over 50 mins to answer the phone! When you finally get through they say they were busy…… busy doing what?? Sitting on the chair talking to your co-worker about how you’re going to go to the German markets?? <— a literally conversation I’ve heard from them myself!
Abysmal service. They need to learn book keeping. Clearly no sense in booking as there are so many patients booked in but being called in after an hour of booked appointment. Service is so slow and especially hard as little kids are waiting for this long, getting agitated. Will be thinking of alternative practice.
Completely and utter disgrace. Been phoning and phoning to cancel an appointment. Currently on hold for over 20 minutes. Prior kept on getting cut off. This is a complete disgrace.
I had the worst experience at this dentist, if I could give it zero stars I would. I don't usually write reviews but im doing it this time round to save any one else from the trouble they put me through. I had to wait 3 hours for my appointment with no notice on when I was being seen, after my treatment I felt the dentist was pushing me to get a very expensive treatment I am very knowledgeable on my teeth since I've had advise from several professional and dentist so I knew exactly what I needed despite me explaining this the dentist was explaining in a very patronising and rude manner what she thought I needed which was the expensive option treatment. All the staff I came across from the receptionist to the dentist and even the nurses were extremely rude its like they did not want to be there.
Absolutely rubbish -Forget about the treatments, You'll be lucky to even get an appointment @ this cowboy oudit Do yourselves a favour & go elsewhere you'll Be doung yourself a Favour -0 star*
Very helpful receptionist. Rang up with a problem got me appointment that afternoon. Thank you
