More than disappointing, very poor quality, many petals fell off as they were being unwrapped, some flowers died within three days and what is worse I received very poor service when I rang to complain, I had great difficulty in getting through to them and when I did the results was also disappointing. The replacement bouquet was nothing like the original order and was also poor quality. I definitely won't be using this firm again.
