Received a beautiful tied bouquet from this company. A surprise gift from my parents who were so impressed with this store. The service was great, they were happy to deliver to an address outside of Northampton and, they were able to deliver it to a specified time. This Company took our money for same day flowers then within minutes said they can’t deliver and we now have to wait 3 days for the money back.  You knew the delivery address of the order before you accepted it. Why did you take the payment when you can’t deliver?  And when we complained, the staff member we spoke to said “I’m sorry you are getting angry for no reason”  Terrible service, do not use.

Lovely, friendly lady at the shop. The flowers i purchased lasted so long and were beautifully arranged. Also brilliant range of other gifts in shop. Fantastic
