Never ever will I trust this Company. After 6 months of them putting carpets in our house we noticed that they were coming apart at the join. Several calls made.....promises from them to call out and get it fixed never ever happened.  Every time I see or hear that name I want to spit. Shame on people like this that take your money and never ever follow up with their customers. Where I come from it's called after sales service.....but  I guess if you think your better than everyone else then it does not matter. Prople get stuff in writting if you can as part of the deal or go to a Company who appreciates ..... you the client and your hard earned cash...

Terrible to deal with.   They have my money and my carpet and all I hear are lies lies lies.    STAY CLEAR.   Their price might be cheaper but you end up paying for it in the end.   Will now have to pay twice as I cannot get my carpet from them and unfortunately paid by Visa Debit. 😩

Left carpet at front door in rain and wind. Had to lint roll carpet clean due to soil./leaves etc blown onto it. Eventually when someone  came to lay carpet they had forgetten something said they'd be back in 15mins. No return no phone call to expain. Called received that night saying someone could only called at 7.30 next morning on a sat. Owner extermely rude and aggressive on phone when I called to explain I wasn't happy with service- no doubt  because he had already been paid. Job got done but would never go near them again for anything.
