This beach is perfect for playing with kids, walking dog, swimming and enjoying sun, sea and sand.
Nice beach - you go down a lot of steps from an overlooking cliff car park area, there is also an access ramp
One of the many beautiful little coves in Dunmore east. This is just a beautiful place. Great views to hook head lighthouse. Lovely picturesque little sea town.
Swam at this strand this evening. No waves, adequate depth quite quickly, good sunny aspect, and safe for swimming with a lifeguard presence. Enjoyed some fruit afterwards and a spot of reading. Water was very acceptably fresh and a wet suit was not necessary.
Lovely beach. Watch out for tide times
Lovely spot, water refreshing, tide was in so not much sand and two boisterous dogs were unsafe for small children.
One of the very best in waterford for sure always packed in summer great clear water for swimming.
