Amazing customer service, had a complicated request and they were extremely helpful in aiding me to get the shoes I needed over the phone as I couldn't see them online. Pulled out all the stops to help me pay via pay-pal even though I ended up ordering over the phone. Great bunch, can highly recommend - really excited for the order to arrive!!

They're shoes are very cheap and avoidable. Good customer services. There shoes are very durable and strong.

Lovely independent shoe shop - i was looking specifically for some Dr Martens boots for a gift and Cotters have the largest range of anywhere around! Recommend this place to all shoe lovers!
