Excellent service! They turned up on time, were very polite and there was no damage to any of my items. Nothing was too much trouble, they took great care with  the home I was leaving & the home I moved into.  The guys were patient when waiting a good few hours for me to receive the keys  & it was all done on a rainy day - not a problem. I would definitely use this company again & would recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with this company for a number of years. I have found Andy and his team always helpful. They are professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this company to others and happy to give  a personal reference if needed.

Mixed bag really, communication before the move was good. Was told that I would be getting 2 vans and 4 or 5 guys which meant one trip which would have been ideal. However only one van and 2 guys turned up and took 13 hours to finish the job due to 2 trips needed. The 2 chaps Alex and Dan were fab, but we're quite vocal about feeling let down by management. We have since found a few broken items as labelled heavy boxes were left on fragile boxes. I paid for a assembly service of an item which was broken when being taken down. I understand that it's not covered in the insurance but the £25 I paid should be refunded with at least an apology. 

** upon reflection i have to edit my review because since my move, I never got an apology or email back and have found loads of our belongings broken as heavy boxes were placed on fragile ones. A bolt was left out of putting my bed back together. Altogether I was left out of pocket from a broke  entertainment system, a wobbly arm on a £3 grand sofa cus they tried to force it into a van ( which wouldn't have happened of they sent 2 vans which they promised) and broke  valuable items. I suppose I can only leave a bad review cus they didn't want to reply to my email.**

Absolute fantastic service from start to finish. The most helpful and friendly guys who simply coudnt do enough to help us during our move! Highly recommended!

Recently used Cottam and Sons Removals for moving homes. Andy was excellent to deal with and was professional at all times. Workers were polite and took great care of valuable belongings. Removal was carried out on time with no disruptions. Would 100% recommend.
