A busy bistro but this one stands out from it's counterparts. Serving a varied menu, beautifully presented at reasonable prices this proved to be a great find. Try the welsh cream tea, the sandwiches were light and tasty but the highlight were the enormous scones so light and delicious. Add to this proper tea leaf tea and the distinctive flavour and taste of bara brith our meal was complete. Will definitely return.

I had soup and sandwich soup was Stilton and leek that was nice but the cheese and pickle sandwich was disgusting sweet pickle was so thick the bread was wet and the cheese was a mixture of grated processed white and red with big lumps of cheese in it. Totally tasteless and cheap catering margarine bread had funny lumps in it I complained and it was changed for just cheese but that was as bad, pot of tea luke warm. For nearly 8 pound for the sandwich it was a rip off. There are better places to ear in Llangollen.

Delicious lunch today at the charming Cottage Tea Rooms & bistro. Impeccably delivered with genuinely good service. Highly recommended.

Visited for lunch with my partner, ordered cappuccino, Welsh tea, sausage and egg bap and a bacon and egg bap. The sun was shining we sat outside it was lovely :-). The service was prompt and very friendly, the food was so yummy and great quality sausages and bacon. My partner said it was the best cappuccino he's ever had (and he's had a lot). Definitely be visiting here again before heading home
