I attended the hospital for a consultation appointment. Everyone from the lady on the front desk to the nurses and the consultant were fantastic. Professional, prompt and efficient and very polite. I had such a positive experience that was made easier by the staff. This cottage hospital is an asset to the local community. Thank you so much, all of your hard work is appreciated.
I would like to praise this hospital and its staff, in particular the X-ray department and an employee Jacob, for a truly unbelievable experience. I arrived early for my appointment, was seen straightaway, no waiting and the pleasant nature and politeness of Jacob made my visit so easy. I have had many visits to different hospitals and have never been treated so quickly and well as today. Thank you.
Had an appointment at 9am on Wednesday, thought the car park would be fine and have spaces,not a chance, no parking spaces whatsoever so if you have an appointment leave at least 10-15 minutes for parking and trying to find a side street or morrisons to park at. The hospital is in good order and staff friendly and polite but parking is unbelievably horrendous.
It's a small friendly community hospital. Parking is free. They have several disabled parking bays. There is a GP surgery on site and a pharmacy plus many other community activities
Had to go in for an unpleasant ultrasound test. Everyone were extremely kind and friendly. They were empathetic too. All in all, I was in and out quickly. They were wonderful and I am very grateful for their help and that they are working so hard despite the pandemic. You guys are awesome thank you.
Good hospital but, parking can be a problem there!
Mother been in bluebell unit for physio has sat in a chair only to get up to use the toilet for the last 7 days, seems a complete waste of time, no treatment since arriving
I had an appointment with Ms Susan Readman on 26th September regarding my knee problem. My wife and I were very impressed with her examination skills,and her explanations for my diagnosis, Also her advice for exercising, thank you very much for a very informative consultation.
Visited the Physio and X-RAY department's today, to be honest it was one of the best hospital visits I've had, lovely caring staff in both department's, didn't have to wait long,really clear on what they talked about and what I am ok to do health-wise, Ms Susan Readman was really helpful, thanks.
Again, disappointed at the NHS. Waiting times are unbelievably long. Had an appointment for 11:00 am and had an extremely long waiting time of nearly an hour! Unacceptable.
