Not the usual type of spa you'd expect so no gym or pool. There's a hot tub outside and a sauna that's outside (which is lovely), plus a massive steam room inside. Therapists were very good and kind and treatments were good. Probably best for someone staying at the hotel as only small changing room and one shower which you had to walk across the main room to get to. Also oddly they left the shower running constantly. Food in the restaurant was well priced and enjoyable. Staff also friendly.

I stayed here with my partner recently and it was a very positive experience. The hotel reception is 24 hour so we were able to check in late, which was perfect for us as we were going for dinner and a movie first. The room was a good size and very clean. The only criticism I have is the breakfast the next morning. The food was average, not really to my taste, and when I asked for more teabags the staff member nodded but never actually went to get them. Overall, I would go back.

A beautiful, modern hotel and spa in a wonderful location just outside of Chipping Norton. A very nice room with a good shower and big bed. The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooftop hot tub was a particular delight - very romantic with the night sky. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, more than happy to recommend and book restaurants, taxis etc. Clean and tidy room, good spa facilities, rooftop jacuzzi was great. Only negative was quite a lot of dead flies on the carpet in the room which were quickly hoovered up and the room re-cleaned once reported. (possibly due to quiet time of year with the room vacant for a while) Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here last weekend for a family wedding. The marquee was nicely decorated. The staff were friendly. The food served was delicious- lamb shanks being a real highlight! Due to heavy snowfall we were effectively stranded for an extra night at the Cotswolds Hotel and Spa, but we were offered a heavy discount on the full cost of an extra night's stay. The staff were very happy to help and serve us good pub grub and staff the bar, going above and beyond. Many of the staff were stuck too but never appeared put out or fed up. Only too happy to recommend this place!
