Lovely helpful staff. And some really nice clothing. But I find the prices are very expensive when you have the likes of sports world direct selling the same coats for nearly half the price. Say know more.
I love going here, lots of great outdoor clothing, equipment, if they don't have it in shop they will get it for you. A great on line shop for pre ordering items. Very helpful staff. Some items are a bit pricey, but Top end quality so it's to be expected.
I was so looking forward to Cotswold reopening as I've bought my last 3 pairs of boots from them and have been so pleased with fitting and advice - though that was the Bakewell store. So on 12th April i called at the Bridgemere store following a change of address and asked if they were still fitting boots and was told yes so booked an appointment. However when I went to the appointment I wasn't even asked for my name. I was directed to the area where a young male member of staff asked what boots I wanted, what my 'shoe size' was, and told they don't measure feet due to Covid. I could measure my own! No questions about the sort of walking I do, no advice on the best boots for me. Offered a pair to try on in my shoe size and next size up. Dire. Why do they offer an appointment for this?? I think they lost a loyal customer yesterday. I may as well go to a much cheaper shop and try on boots.
Staff are pretty helpful. Sometimes they do not have stock of all the variations of each line that the company carries, given that it is a reasonable sized store that is a surprise. Seasonal ranges are plentiful.
Do not buy any boots from cotswold outdoor.we were talked into buying some leather boots at £160.which had a 3 year garentee on the leather .in just over 6 months the leather cracked.i was then told it was my own fault for wearing them too much and not treating them good enough.i tried to take this further .for them to tell me there was only 6 months garentee as I didn't sign up to some cotswold page.so only buy boots if you stay indoors with them.wear them for 1 hour per week.and only want them to last a year..yours faithfully paul hill
With a brilliant array of outlets included in this stunning Garden Centre Bridgemere is a fantastic place to visit. The selection of plants is amazing and offer a huge choice for all gardens from quaint cottage gardens to more adventurous designer looks with spas and stunning lighting . Whatever your level you can be sure of great quality and all of it backed up with all the professional advice you could wish for. I started using Bridgemere in the 1980s when I opened my own landscaping business and was astounded by the quality and expertise that helped me on even the largest contracts I took on. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the same is still true today.
Small Cotswold shop located within bridgmere garden centre. Usual big label names at eyewatering prices but you can get some good deals if your lucky. Staff are always helpful
Very helpful and polite staff, with good tips on fine tuning a boot fitting. Good range of items in store.
Great shop good choice of high quality products, Staff very helpful Max of 16 allowed in the store at anytime Due to Covid-19. Will be back
