I was just on my way to a lake up in the mountains... Right for starters I Had a North Face coat on.. La sportiva Boots , North face hat , and other bits and pieces... I belong in that shop.. And a security guard followed me around like I was some yob.. I'm 46 year old grandfather it's not my fault I look so young ... ... I went in for some fleece gloves as you can imagine beginning of January in mid Wales is pretty cold .... Won't go there again .. But maybe if your a youth from Cardiff's hoodie mob they will be fine
Fabulous customer service .. a refund in the Merthyr Store was easy enough even though my purchase was originally on line then I had to go to the Brecon store where they were keeping an item of clothing which again was easy enough .. overall an exceptional experience of customer service from both stores
Great shop with all sorts of outdoor and camping equipment. Bought new hiking shoes for my daughter and some camping gear. Great prices/sale, good value for money. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very pleased with our visit at this shop.
I went to the Brecon store,the staff were not interested in helping me to busy talking to each other, I did purchase something and said thanks and goodbye just for them to blank me and go back to their conversation
Watch out for the ongoing sales prices on the ticket are not accepted at the till then the item is withdrawn from the sale. Buy on line it's much cheaper. Don't trust the manager here.
Bought a coat online, the website was easy to use with plenty of choice, however the best thing about mountain warehouse is the large clothing sizes. My new coat arrived today and it's a perfect fit and great quality
Great prices for end of season. Now in totally revamped shop nice. Cool and well lit. Good shopping experience and as of 30th August prices are dropping, get in there.
Got plenty of choice and nearly always there's a bargain to be had somewhere. it helps if you're happy wearing size 13 boots!
What an amazing shop. Best sale ever. Up to 70% off most goods. I could have bankrupted myself in here but I did bag some great bargains.
Good shopping experience staff very helpful and friendly prices so much better than other outdoor shops but the quality is still there
