Really poor service. Unfortunately the members of staff have lost a parcel I had delivered to the shop via Yodel. Having spoken to Yodel, they have clarified that the parcel was signed for by a member of staff upon arrival! I have tried to talk to various staff members about it but there is a huge language barrier as 95% of the staff cannot speak fluent English.nI only use this shop now if I really have to.
Why does it feel so disgusting?! Dirty and smelly. Terrible layout also. Reserve for emergency use only
It's a lovely little shop and the staff are the most helpful and friendly workers ive met in a long time being disabled I've never had to ask for help as they offer straight away they back my bags and also load them into my car A+ service.
Was recommended by a friend and glad I was. Really helpful and fantastic staff. I travelled here because of the offers I had heard about. Thanks guys, keep up the good work
80% of the staff don't speak English. Never nobody on the tills always waiting!!
