Friendly staff and comfortable environment with coffee I like. I would rate higher, expensive as you would expect, don't turn up at peak times unless you enjoy a long wait and a struggle to find a seat.

Launceston Costa is top notch.We go every week and the staff are happy and helpful and the cafe kept spotless. It's relaxing and definitely not full of elderly people, there are plenty of young mums and their mates. I Appreciate getting de cafe tea and lovely toast and rate this probably the best Costa in the country.!! I think Rob is their best asset as he is always cheerful and very efficient.

I don't know if this is a new policy to earn money but recently, I have discovered this coffee to be very weak. If I order a coffee, I want a coffee, not a glass of frothy milk that appears to have had dirt half-heartedly thrown into it. I've been forced to pay extra for extra shots in order to make my latte taste mildly like cheap instant crap. I can't be giving you 40p extra to be mediocre, I'm not that loaded. 99p store coffee tastes better and is 1/3 of the price. The employees are nice though.

Honestly, I'd give no stars if I could. I go to Costa almost every day in Plymouth... Different stores each day. No problem. I am here visiting my partners family and they said that I could eat something from Tescos in there as they do all the time. I got something in Tescos as the food in Costa messes with my stomach and I was very hungry running very low blood sugar wise. I got mine and my partners drinks, this was a joke! 5 at taps to makeep my order as the clerk was too busy trying to make the drinks for the staff member who is there to make the drinks. The only reason she was going slowly is she didn't seem to understand what the till chappy was trying to do. I was then charged more than I should have been but didn't say anything... I just wanted my drink! It then took about 10 minutes for my drinks to be made because the girl started making the drink for the girl behind me because she was "in a rush". I finally got to my seat with a different drink entirely for my partner due to not having anything left from the other option... and we get asked to put our food away as they "do not accept it here" and we"could be asked to leave". Never will be returning. Never had such a horrible experience with Costa.
