Lovely staff, very welcoming young lady at the till normally. Service pretty quick although busy most of the time. Cappocino's, hot chocolate and carrot cake are brilliant. Overall nice place for a coffee break. Can't go wrong cheers guys. Keep up the good work.

Pleasantly surprised first time visited this Costa in Bearwood. The place was clean, the two lady staff on duty were polite and friendly especially the one making the coffee. Some establishments make the capachinno to hot so it's like drinking boiled milk and no froth. Not with this lady the drink was at the right temperature and nice to drink. A good test is if the creamy  froth stays throughout the drink and you have to use a spoon to finish off. It passed this test.
