Went to grab a salted caramel frappe at this Costa on the way to Central London. Service was fair enough, decent location, quick in & out. The whipped cream was flat on the frappe, but no biggie! Recommended dishesCaramel Frappuccino
The Male baritsa was ever so friendly. And informative. I wasn't aware of the promotions and benefits since I have been a customer at Costa's no one went beyond. Considering it was busy he still gave time and indeed efficient explained all the perks .Today I earned 2 beans rewards for just using my own Costa cup. I was really pleased . How's that makes a change. To feel special
perfect coffee, always polite and friendly people. I lost my airpods and they ensured they kept it safe until I proved they were mine. Thank you so much!

I am a regular customer and I always use the toilet not like others who don’t pay and use the toilet . The bearded manger was so unprofessional by waiting for me for me to use the toilet and followed me after I used it and told me to come iniside to talk to him I went iniside and he told me I left the toilet dirty and made me clean it . This is so unprofessional specially when u get paid to do your job u make customers clean the toilet . The worst Costa in the uk and make sure if your using their toilet make sure u take a cleaning kit with you otherwise the manger will follow u around and make you clean if it dirty Kid-friendliness: The worst and most unprofessional service for a paying customer

Popped in this morning before meeting in next door. Coffee was really nice but really mellow espresso... Anyhow ordered a pastry - cinnamon roll, and person with me ordered pain au raisin. I presume they were at least 5 or 7 days old as they were sooooo dry .... actually very unpleasant. :

Really amazed how friendly the staff are at Costa ordered a hot chocolate with cream it was very nice and served well. Definitely a 5 star for good positive attitude by the staff, and a good atmosphere.
