Due to Covid-19 seating in Costa's is very restricted. So if you'd like to sit and enjoy you'll need to be lucky.
Friendly, efficient service. Everything clean and well kept. Felt safe visiting re covid-19 adaptations.

This store was clean to a good standard Hand gel on entering & social distancing taken into account. The usual high level of service & delicious coffee,cakes & savories.
The girl at the til in the Helensburgh store had an unpleasant attitude and acted shocked when no tip was left on the plate that she handed over for money to be exchanged. If working in a coffee shop is beneath her, maybe a job change would suit. We did enjoy the coffee's and cakes just service could be improved.
Lovely coffee staff well trained with Covid situation making sure customers are well spaced out
Distancing measures were carefully and caringly managed with staff being extra helpful and, as always, great coffee.
