Expensive coffee shops seem inappropriate in a village-type locale, in my humble opinion. We need USEFUL shops. Because we don't have many shops here, this seems a waste of space here... especially as we already have a cafe opposite, another through the precinct, a stone's throw away, & yet another lovely coffee shop (Webbs, I believe) in the market square.

Generally polite, fast and efficient service. However on the last two occasions I have visited I have been given and charged for the wrong order. On both occasions this was rectified, however this meant I had to wait longer. Whilst an apology was given both times there was no offer of refunding the difference in price, it's a few pence so I'm not overly bothered. Slow down a little, and get it right first time perhaps?

Staff are always pleasant and the coffee is usually good. I'd prefer not to have to ask for a napkin though.
