I visited this coffee shop last week and was disgusted and upset at the bully who was running the place, at one point she nearly made a counter assistant cry because of her bullish attitude, the bully concerned was I believe it was a foreign lady wiith long blonde hair this was a Saturday and she spoke and upset two of the girls on the counter. I will never use this place again, there is no need in fact it is a offence to treat people like this and I would advise any staff there to make a complaint to the Employment Tribunal. I did report this to the Tesco duty manager and I hope action has been taken. This is not good for Tesco’s reputation. Look out for the bully if you visit there you will not return.
