Good coffee, good space. Only down side, the customer service is a bit slack. On many occasions I have been in when's it is not bust and the barristers take there time making the drinks because they are just talking to the other staff members about irrelevant and unrelated stuff.

As the barista was placing my cup of coffee on the tray, she spilt the coffee all over the saucer. She saw that she had spilt it but instead of cleaning it up (as she should have done), she just replied with a joyful sounding "Thank you!" and walked off to talk with the other barista. I then preceded to ask for some tissues (she didn't even offer tissues when she spilt it, let alone clean up her mess...) and I had to clean it up myself. Afterwards as I was leaving, I went back to get a takeaway drink (she didn't spill this one probably because it was in a paper cup). I told her that it was a good job she didn't spill this one. She laughed...no sorry, nothing. I would have understood if it was busy but there was barely anyone there and there was no one else waiting in line! On a positive note, the coffee did taste really nice but I will give one star based on the poor service. Very careless and unprofessional.

Drink not fully made to the company standard (I see no coconut), as for the sandwich. Hot melted cheese placed on a paper serviette, lucky it did not add to the taste.

Great place for coffee. What I like is that they are open when everyone else had closed for the day
