Coffee is okay, although every time I visit I feel awkward because the staff apparently don't like each other and tend to argue behind the counter in front of the customers. They don't seem exceptionally friendly to the customers either, it's like they are fed up with being there.

Welcome to Langleys newest free creche. Fancy popping in with like minded friends whilst hogging a table for hours on end nursing that one drink while letting your kids run riot? Then this is the place for you. If you're looking for somewhere to enjoy a nice quiet coffee then I'd suggest finding somewhere else or get a take out.

Terrible service and rude staff. There’s one barista in particular (Asian woman) who always gets my order wrong and she never apologises for the inconvenience of the mixup either. Last time, she had the cheek of telling me I should re-confirm my order next time, so she doesn’t get my order wrong. Isn’t that her job - to confirm orders?! Whenever I come in and see she’s serving, I walk out. It’s not worth the hassle.

Being costa, the coffee was fantastic as expected. However it would bring the place a better ambiance, if the orders are handled correctly by the staff
