Great coffee, as you'd expect from the number one British coffee company. Comfortable seating, though a little noisy for me, hence only four stars. If you don't mind the busy atmosphere, you'll give it the full five stars plus.

Great tasting coffee as usual. A good array of nibbles, sandwiches and cakes though some of the cakes are way overpriced and a bit too dainty. Hard working and friendly staff make the visit so much worthwhile. Can get a bit noisy at peak times and school holidays. If you're on your own and just there to chill at these times then take your stereo headphones with music etc.

Nice toilets, food and drink, but cutlery dirty, no-one clearing/ cleaning, so dirty tables and floors. Disabled toilet/ baby change messy, obviously not checked recently either.
