Had a really lovey coffee at Costa Goldsworth Park this morning. I often visit in the mornings and today was particularly busy but Becky and Lana stayed calm and got through the queue efficiently. I’ve been making my way through the new Christmas menu and so far the honeycomb is my favourite, on my way out I said to the ladies they must be sick of coffee but they both laughed and said not at all then we discussed their favourite drinks. I think it’s really lovely how your staff talk to us customers and always enjoy coming in for a coffee and a natter!

Recently went into this costa and found it to be too busy and understaffed, bad ambience and dirty tables. Shame as this place used to be great.Very disappointed.

Great atmosphere, the manager Tina is lovely and seems to have a real rapport with her staff. Coffee is great and I always feel welcome! Recommended to all my friends!
