Good example of this coffee franchise chain. Does get busy so is popular...often a good sign. Different types of seating available from dining type chairs, comfy sofas and stools so should be suitable for those with differing mobility issues. Wide easy to access doorway with gentle slope not steps....always a bonus! Public toilets here too.

I always go to this particular 'Costas' as the staff are dedicated, proud of the uniform and the products they supply. When you are queuing, take a minute to watch the baristas at work. They are amazing. The tables are always clean, the toilets too and the whole atmosphere is one of kindness and welcoming. So, if you are about in Maidstone town centre, pop in for something to drink and a cake. I always have a large Mocha ..... mmmmm, beautiful.

It is a standard coffee bar. It is in a good location and has plenty of seats but can get busy. I prefer their coffee to their rivals.
