Nice coffee. Wasn't a fan of costa coffee but the taste has improved in the last few months I would say. I find Neros and Starbucks to be too strong now. Maybe it's the weather, or my age. This place is nice. Comfortable, plenty of seating, warm and welcoming. Not the best of locations for a view but makes up in it's friendly atmosphere. I visit here often.  Wheelchair accessibility: Great accessibility.

I ordered a Hot Chocolate for someone, then decided to get 1 for myself. Mine did not come and I ended up getting a refund.Food: 4/5

Went in for a frappe and yet again no iced drinks wish I could say this was the first time but in the last 6 months it seems every time I have gone in this is always the case

Friendly staff and lovely oatmilk latte, a decent mince pie too.Service: 5/5

OK service, a bit too noisy and messy place. Cashier was a bit rude when I asked about allergens, but in the end I got a latte with an oat drink and a tasty piece of spice cake, so that’s good

Can be a little busy as it’s only a small Costa but the staff are always quick to server everyone. Great food and drink, always clean and not too expensive here. Also it’s right in the middle of town so easy to pop in for a quick cuppa.
