Friendly staff and fast service once you get served. Thanks Covid with a good choice of food on offer.

Never fails  perfect results everytime

Very friendly, and extremely COVID-19 secure. I am a Extremly clinical Vulnerable  person, so this was important to me! Always love Costa, favorite coffee cafe to go to.

Lady who was in charge today was extremely rude and has no empathy. She also didn't know the anything about actually covid restriction.  After she asked me to wear a mask I told her that I was exempt. Then I cover my face by my shirt but still sge refuse to serve me.

Great coffee in pleasant surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff too. Great selection of pastries and bites to accompany a delicious coffee.

Ginger bread latte takeaway, was delicious today.

Organised queuing

Covid friendly!  Fast efficient service. Sit in or sit out.  Standard Costa was very busy even during pandemic.

Excellent service and my favourite coffee shop

I didn't actually go there and will never support Costa or Cafe Nero or Starbucks or Tim Hortons.  I rarely buy coffee away from home and when I do it is always from an independent shop not a chain.
