Been to this Costa many times over the years as I am local, but the past year has just been awful. There is not enough staff, and as a result the tables are disgusting, constantly empty tables covered in old trays that need clearing, the toilets are disgusting. It’s surprising they’re even still open. It’s a shame because the staff seem lovely, just completely run off their feet and unable to clear any tables due to the long queues. If it wasn’t for the complete lack of decent places to eat without being ripped off, which Costa borderline is anyway, I genuinely would never step foot in here again.
Slow service, the glassware is very worn and scratched, luke warm coffee and given dirty cutlery. When asked for clean, given dirty cutlery again. Not the best costa I've been in.Food: 5/5
Excellent service from the two young ladies serving on Friday afternoon. Helped with our choice of toastie, helped with the spin the wheel, and offered table service for a forgotten cookie. Very kind.Food: 4/5
Drink was fantastic and was a very nice treat! Service was good and it was clean inside. Would go again! Kid-friendliness: Plenty of treats on the menu for kids.
Not been in the Costa for a long time, so had a meeting and went there today. Had a Luke warm flat white, asked for a replacement the girl threw the cup and saucer in the sink, made a new coffee with the most miserable face you could see, no sorry, no apology. Looks like it will be another few years before I step foot in again.Food: 3/5
Listed on Good to Go but when I went to collect they had no bag and no explanation. Wasted journey- they would not carry it over to next day and said they would have nothing then either- yet they are listed on the app as having food for both days. They should take this facility off the good to go app if they do not have the staff to fulfil their orders
I've been in lots of Costa over the years, but this one really has a nice relaxing feel.Food: 5/5

A pleasant atmosphere and I enjoyed a large coffee and a slice of cake while listening to an audio book. Quite busy for a Sunday morning.Food: 4/5
Absolutely love Costa, when we go out, and there is a Costa we just have to go in, where ever Costa place is, in we go, brilliant place.Food: 5/5
