My husband brought me flower from this florist 101 red roses & a small bunch for my daughter costing him £430 2 days later my roses wAs beginning to wilt 
Contact the shop they come & collected the roses 
I then revived a phone call from jelly she said she was the manager how rudely told me that she would not be replace the roses & offered me a £15 pound bunch of flowers!! After she speaking to me aggressive for 10 minutes! I came of the phone nearly in tears ! 
Would strongly advise anyone not to do business  from this florist!

I bought my wedding flowers from Dunelm and they were fantastic. The colours were stunning and the decorations, bouquets and buttonholes were absolutely perfect. Great price and great service too. I would definitely recommend them.

We've used most of the other florists in Durham (when we've been desperate), we always come back to Dunelm. They are the most helpful, and becuase we're always in a hurry, seem to go out of their way to help. The flowers last forever. They were Teleflorist, and now they're Interflora once again they've managed to improve what was brilliant to start with.

Quite expensive flowers at poor quality. Not a very good selection either. I wont be returning here. There are far better Florists in Durham
