My brother recently passed away and sadly I am oversees and can not travel for the funeral. Carol delivered flowers to my sister in-law that were out of this word. Such a fitting tribute to a man who loved his flowers. Outstanding will pass her name to all my family

Flowers were ordered for my Mother-in-law and were delivered very quickly, may thanks for a stress free transaction and the pictures of the flowers look amazing. We live very far away and had a previous negative experience with an online florist who looked local but wasn't. So will definitely use you again.

Frankly, the most stunning floral arrangements I have ever seen. I have purchased flowers for friends from Carol Gittins and she also did the flowers for my first marriage. My wedding flowers were far more beautiful than I had imagined and the bouquet and even the buttonholes lasted for days afterwards, which is longer than I can say the marriage lasted! :o) I would highly recommend Carol and her staff and I will be returning to her when I remarry next year! Nothing is too much trouble for them and I think they deserve 11 out of ten!

Ordered via phone from Carol Gittens florist Monday 21st June 2010, first time ever, well! what can I say service was 'smart' 'friendly' and 'quick'. Ordered a pastel bouquet for a friend and feedback from our friend was described in numerous words, 'voluptuous' 'beautiful' 'warm' being among them. I would like to recommend all in the Bishop Auckland area to use this florist for any occasion! Thanks for a first class service.
