Today I went to Koko hAir salon at Cornwall college St Austell for the first time.... As hair and beauty at Gloucetershire college is my background, it was like a blast from my past. I had my hair cut and blow dried by Jo, lovely level three learner and we included a fabulous Moroccan oil treatment. I just have to say what a wonderful experience it was. All the staff and learners we're welcoming, friendly and professional and I was completely delighted with my hair service. Jo was knowledgeable, caring and the customer service and indeed final result was second to none. I saw some absolutely amazing work completed by these learners who were supported and encouraged by the staff. Thank you to staff and learners for a wonderful experience....never fear I will be returning. Outstanding service and I love my hair ! 😊 Kim Francis Former salon manager Gloucestershire college

I went back a few years ago, and I found that some of the teachers have their favourite students, and this to me upset s the dynamic s of the class.
