Tremendously large outdoor seating area with netting to keep the birds out A variety of seating arrangement well spaced out for comfort a gigantic covered artificial fire. Festoon lights to add to the atmosphere. Food was a lot better than the Worthing branch, with the exception of the Garlic Bread that was died out and very hard. We had a burger and a curry which the price included a drink. It still represent very good value for money. The outdoor area is at the rear and we had a long walk through the large well populated indoor section. They also have some outside tables on the front pavement. Considering the amount of punters service was fair. 45 min wait for food delivered to table again one at a time. NOT TOGETHER.

Enjoyed the food, steak club Tuesdays and returned another day. Nice service orders arrived relatively quick. Toilets were very well cleaned, best weatherspoons toilet I've seen so far.

Popped in when we were having a day by the coast. Nice atmosphere and not too busy or indeed noisy. We ordered from the app and a lovely Italian bar tender delivered out bud light x2 with a cheery hello and a pleasant chat about the weather. Food arrived shortly after and was well presented, hot and tasteful. Three selections from the small plates option and x2 beers £17.05 The Italian lady popped over to see if everything was acceptable and was very polite. Will definitely be popping again when in the area.

Popped in for breakfast on our day off. Great breakfast amazing value!! Reasonably quick a bit noisy but not complaining nice outside place to chill. Never goes wrong with Wetherspoon !!

Not friendly customer service. Beer and meal good, but the atmosphere so bad. We were there 4nights in line with big group of international people and even that they behave...lets just say not nice. Iam pretty sure I haven't saw any smile from all the workers and even when I mentioned I have a birthday... They haven't cleaned up empty glasses even we had the table full of them, same with plates. You can see on the photo, and that was just begging of the stay there. I was really disappointed and I just hope this isn't normal for UK. But the beer and food were really nice I need to say one more time. But you know, many places have that, but what customers remember is how they feel...

A nice spoons. We found a table, but it was dirty with food on the floor. We asked a man of he could clean it up, he offered us a table that had been reserved, while they cleaned up the other table and swiped the floor. We ordered on the app, and the food came before the drinks which is unusual. Great spoons, thanks guys.

Nice outside space, great breakfast and amazing value. Update : June 2022. Still good value, 5 of us had lunch and all really enjoyed it. Sirloin steak was amazing. Nice g&t and American pale ale.

Nice place, a lot of seats, delicious food and terribly noisy I recommend.

Great value lunch stop, buzzing atmosphere with all age groups included yet plenty of personal space. Food is hot, well cooked and served really quickly. Tables cleared and cleaned regularly. Pricing is clear and fair. No wonder other venues in town are half empty.

Ordered traditional breakfast basically was a coiple of bits of bacon hash browns and beans as they had no eggs and the toast was white so for 4.60 a rip off very disappointed
