I work as a temporary sales assistant and have covered sites for numerous different builders, developers and estate agents. I find Campion Homes a pleasure to work with and their homes well thought out and well built. They genuinely care about their customers and I can honestly say that with the exception of occasional niggles (which are always promptly and efficiently dealt with) I have not come across a single customer who is unhappy with their house. So much so that many upgrade or relocate and stay with Campion. I have been in many different new-build houses and these are among the very best.

Campion Homes is a small privately owned developer who offer lots of choice. They are willing to work with their clients to make sure their new home is exactly as they dreamt it would be. Visit one of Campion Homes Sales Centres today to view one of their stunning show homes and find out about the homes they have available. You will not be disappointed.

Very impressed with my Campion Home. From the initial enquiry, to selecting our personalised options and even the after service - all aspects of service are second to none! Our visitors comment on the quality of the finish. We did have some defects including windows and doors that required adjustment and flooring faults but all were promptly acted on and solved with minimal hassle. The tradesman who visited were always friendly and nothing was to much hassle. I've highly recommended Campion Homes to friends and family.

This is definitely the worst building company I have come across and I would never buy a house from them again. I bought a house from Campion Homes just over 2 years ago and have had various issues (Not teething problems) Poor mono blocking (the edging is not concreted in just placed in and falls away) this has been repaired but still isn't satisfactory, a broken roof tile that must have been storm damage (I was told by Campion Homes) even though we hadn't had any storms and they were at first refusing to fix but it was clear that it had a been crack when installed and this in the opinion of another roofing company as it was at the top where the roofer would stand when fitting the ridge tiles another large issue I had was a cracked lintel above the front door that Campion Homes tried to fill 3 times until I mentioned I had spoken to the NHBC then they decided it would need replaced which they did do eventually without arranging and giving me notice they also had to replace the front door as it had a bend in it this composite door was supplied by a company called Sidey. I have now had to contact Campion Homes again 2 years and 3 months after purchasing the house stating I had tried to contact Sidey direct as the door was catching the door frame (a lot) and I remembered when the Sidey man that had replaced the door stated that he had to adjust the door to the maximum adjustment as the frame wasn't fitted straight so what I had done was contact Sidey without involving Campion Homes but after calling I was told by Sidey to contact Campion Homes. So I then contacted Campion and they called me back the next day and told me the door is out of warranty and I would have to get someone else to look at it. I have now spoken to Sidey again and was advised that they offer a 10 year guarantee which is what you get from NHBC but thats when they supply and fit but only give 2 years guarantee to Campion Homes. I believe the issue with the door is the frame has not been put in straight thus making the door hit the frame eventually I have had many other issues that I could list along with many other of the neighbours in the same scheme that would worry anyone and after someone spending almost £200000 on a house and to get this treatment is horrendous. Shame on you Campion Homes
