Great local gym.  Small but very friendly with ample equipment.  Two rooms.  One with rowing machines, treadmills, bikes etc and second room dedicated to weights.  Something for everyone

Fantastic gym with a great atmosphere.  Private and secure facilities. Very helpful staff!
