I've never been to a Physio before but since having back problems I thought that it would be a help. Greg was great he personalised my exercises and always made sure I was doing them correctly for the best result. It's definitely working and I can feel improvements. I would recommend Core Body Clinic and Greg to anyone who needs it.

Before I went to see Adrian, I was on the verge of giving up running due to a persistent injury. Adrian not only helped me manage this injury,  but also gave advice and exercises to improve how I ran going forwards. He enabled me to beat my best half marathon time by 5 minutes. I would recommend Adrian to anyone if they want to improve their sports performance or want advice on sporting injuries. His knowledge on the subject is second to none.

Had never been to see a physio before, but was in agony following a serious knee injury and so decided to book an appointment. Was amazed when I was able to book for an evening appointment later that day, and the help and diagnosis I received from Adrian was brilliant. Ended up having several follow up appointments, all of which were extremely beneficial as he guided me to a much better physical state. Would definitely recommend.

I trapped a nerve in my next five weeks before I was due to run my first ever marathon. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to run it or not, but thanks to Adrian's physiotherapy and advice I was able to complete it.

I can't recommend Core Body Clinic enough.

Adrian kept me focused following an unexpected sports injury and enabled me to still achieve my sports ambition in early 2016. I had taken-up road cycling in early 2015, a sport I really enjoy, with a big focus on the London Revolution 2016. Stupidly, I tore a calf muscle in a different sport in late 2015. Adrian's professional treatment, sports and injury knowledge, plus genuine care, saw me through a painful few months and got me back on track to successfully complete my first London Revolution in May 2016.
