Amazing shop, loads of choice, lovely staff. Its a very laid back easy going shop which is what I liked. I had recently been to other shops but I did not feel welcome. The staff here made you feel special and comfortable the minute you walk in the door.

Made an appointment this morning for this afternoon and walked out with a wedding dress .Jayne was excellent and helped me chose the right dress ,she made me feel at ease no sales pressure, she took away all my stress away to find the perfect dress.
Went in to view dresses was told I need an appointment came back after making an appointment did not help me try the dresses on and was not polite. Then told a couple that just walked in they can look round and was explaining the racks aloud them to view.
