Staff are mostly outstanding. Absolutely brilliant. But you better hope you don't have an urgent enquiry by phone. Today I spent literally 20 minutes on hold, and this is one of several occasions where the wait on the phone was in double digits, long enough to where I gave up and tried half a dozen more times until I eventually got through

Customer service is non existent rude unhelpful staff members. My wife was left in tears by the older woman serving behind the counter. We only wanted antibiotics for our two year old but she obviously wasn’t interested in helping. She was then fobbbed off by another staff member. The only saving grace was there was one genuinely helpful staff member who tried to help. Even after my wife told them she had sourced stock in saltburn. She is now getting phone calls asking her to call and collect the prescription. May be if they had listened instead of concentrating on been rude they would have understood it is not required now. We will never use this chemist again we would rather travel for prescriptions.

This is exactly how I remember chemists from when I was a kid.  The staff are really friendly and helpful.  There is an extensive range of products and a shop with lots of knickknacks to tempt you.

As for the quality and range of products - brilliant! But the staff leave a lot to be desired sometimes. It's seems very cliquey behind the counter. They make it quite obvious they are talking about certain customers. It's just plain rude.

Sad to make this comment because normally the service here is excellent. As a 74 year old I’ve been suffering with laryngitis for nearly 10 days. I have been self medicating but needed further advice.It is impossible to get a GP appointment these days so I followed 111’s advice to ask my local pharmacy. It was mid afternoon and I appreciated that the pharmacy was very busy. I asked to see the pharmacist. A young and inexperienced assistant asked me why and proceeded to go forwards and backwards to the pharmacist who I could see was clearly very busy to ascertain the problem. After the 3rd round of questions I left in frustration! Why didn’t they just say”he’s too busy at the moment,call back in 30 minutes?”. All I wanted was advice! Very disappointed

Lovely chemist. But some of the staff can be really rude and really quite ignorant behind the desk... However there are a few that are really lovely in here... and helpful... but i will be questioning if i should be travelling that little bit further to use another pharmacy if i can.. Just no need really for the manner of some staff.

Some of the ladies in the pharmacy part are rude and impolite. They gossip loudly behind the counter and definitely don't observe data protection.

Just moved to marske so needed a chemist . Rang them and they could not have been more helpful . Very pleasant and polite .looking forward to meeting them all . Thanku  Miss Susan Byrne

Superb service from friendly professional staff, can be a bit of a wait during heavy foot fall. Delivery service available for prescriptions.

Nothing is too much trouble the staff are all friendly and helpful,  Lots of lovely presents to be found highly recommend
